📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to Sharia principles.
• Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to identify opportunities for Bancassurance PSLA offerings.
• Manage client relationships and build long-term partnerships to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services industry.
• Use Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client data, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services or a related field, with a strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products.
• Proven track record of success in sales and client management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
