📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all design projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into your work.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Assist in the development of creative concepts and presentations for client pitches.
• Ensure all designs meet brand standards and are optimized for various digital and print platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with design software such as Canva or Figma is a plus.
