📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Reconcile accounts payable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update financial records and reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing to vendors.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support financial operations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Monitor and track accounts payable aging to ensure timely payments.
• Provide support in financial analysis and reporting as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
