This position focuses on managing and expanding our SME/Commercial Credit portfolio for Korean clients in Jakarta Raya. As part of the Korean Desk, you'll leverage your expertise in Korean business banking to build strong relationships with key clients. You'll use tools like SAP and Core Banking System to manage client data and transactions, and you'll collaborate with our team of financial analysts and compliance officers to ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and securely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and expand the SME/Commercial Credit portfolio for Korean clients in Jakarta Raya.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean businesses to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Use SAP and Core Banking System to manage client data and transactions.
• Collaborate with financial analysts and compliance officers to ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and securely.
• Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess their financial health and provide strategic advice.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain Korean clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business banking, preferably in the SME/Commercial Credit sector.
• Strong knowledge of Korean business culture and market.
• Proficient in English and Korean languages.
• Certified in SAP or Core Banking System.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding client portfolios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
