📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process payroll using SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Indonesia.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Handle administrative tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist in compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for accurate financial records.
• Support the HR Manager in HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure all HR documentation is complete and accurate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration and HR.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Indonesia.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
