🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman dalam customer service atau peran terkait.
• Pendidikan tinggi di bidang apa pun.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tertulis.
• Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim dan berkolaborasi dengan rekan kerja.
• Penggunaan dasar komputer dan perangkat lunak customer service.
• Penguasaan bahasa Inggris yang baik (minimal intermediate).
• Kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan tekanan dan dalam lingkungan yang dinamis.
• Kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan jam yang fleksibel.
