📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire import process, including supplier coordination, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Track and manage inventory using SAP and Excel.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and report on import performance metrics.
• Handle and resolve any import-related issues or discrepancies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in global trade.
• Assist in the development and implementation of import strategies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import operations or a related role.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
