📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration using SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
