📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and present innovative design concepts to clients, ensuring they align with the client's vision and budget.
Create detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of designs.
Conduct site visits and provide on-site supervision to ensure the design is implemented as planned.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design.
Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings.
Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and contractors.
Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
