📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance and member satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor club policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain members, enhancing the club’s reputation and brand.
• Monitor club performance metrics, including member satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall member experience and drive club growth.
• Ensure the club is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and training programs to meet the evolving needs of our members.
• Represent Fitness First in the local community, building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting the benefits of fitness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness club management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, members, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Certification in fitness management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
