📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and pay invoices accurately and efficiently using SAP and other financial software.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial records and provide timely reports to the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor accounts payable balances and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.
- Provide support to the finance team during audit and tax preparation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related role.
- Proficient in using SAP and other financial software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
