📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online storefronts on major Indonesian marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate and compelling product listings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and sales metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
