📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit and engage with local merchants to understand their business needs and challenges.
Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to help merchants improve their business performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, fostering long-term partnerships.
Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our network.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on merchant engagements and business performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchant engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
