📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure that MEP systems are installed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project records.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent).
