📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses for construction projects.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure the safe and efficient execution of construction activities.
• Ensure that construction activities are carried out in a manner that minimizes environmental impact.
• Develop and implement environmental management systems to promote sustainable construction practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
