📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead commercial, contract, and cost management for high-profile building construction projects.
• Develop and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to cost control measures.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Liaise with clients to address their needs and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in contract and cost management for building construction projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of contract law and construction regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
