Every day, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and implement programs using cutting-edge tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of our manufacturing operations team, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven training solutions.
• Collaborate with line managers to implement performance management systems and leadership development programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and organizational development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to training and organizational development.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and succession planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and organizational development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, Training & Development, or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in HR or Training & Development (e.g., SHRM-CP, ATP, or PHR) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of the packaging industry and manufacturing operations is a plus.
