📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze the company's portfolio performance, including asset allocation, risk management, and investment strategies.,Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial health, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.,Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, including portfolio performance, financial analysis, and key performance indicators.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and ensure financial stability.,Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and adherence to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in portfolio monitoring, financial analysis, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, including ratio analysis, variance analysis, and scenario analysis.,Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in large datasets.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
