We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Case Manager to join our team at Keepers Medi Care Centre Sdn Bhd in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents, particularly in our retirement home and Community Care and Rehabilitation Centre (CCRC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a deep understanding of the unique needs of elderly residents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care.,Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the medical team.,Organize and oversee daily activities and social events to promote a sense of community and well-being.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of resident care.,Provide support and guidance to care staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.,Collaborate with family members and caregivers to maintain open lines of communication and ensure continuity of care.,Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest best practices in elderly care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or elderly care management role.,Certification in geriatric care or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective care plans.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
