📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer foot traffic and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive and appealing store layout.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
