📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of structural engineers in the design, analysis, and construction of various projects.,Ensure that all structural designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.,Conduct structural analysis and provide recommendations for design improvements.,Oversee the construction process and ensure that the structural elements are built according to the design specifications.,Prepare and submit technical reports, drawings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other disciplines such as civil, architectural, and mechanical engineering to ensure the overall success of the project.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers in the team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in structural engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful project delivery.,Familiarity with construction materials and methods.
