In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a proven track record of leadership in a lab setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.,Leading a team of lab technicians and ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively.,Performing a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conducting quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of test results.,Training new staff and providing ongoing support and guidance to existing staff.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that laboratory services meet the needs of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in laboratory techniques.,Proven track record of leadership and team management in a lab environment.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and data management systems.
