📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the HR team in other recruitment-related tasks as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.🛠️ Keahlian
