📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Lead and mentor HR team members,Develop and implement training programs for employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes,Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation
