Asia Frozen is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. We are a growing company in the frozen food industry, and we are seeking a professional who can help us manage our human resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping employees and the company grow together.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we hire the best talent.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Adhere to labor laws and company policies to ensure a fair and legal workplace.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
