📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the pharmacist in providing professional advice and information to customers regarding medications and healthcare products.
  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to medication safety and patient care.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues.
  • Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including checking prescriptions and ensuring accuracy.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Diploma or degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacist assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, their uses, and interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy management software and systems.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
