📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal levels.,Coordinate with sales teams to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints promptly.,Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote sales and customer engagement.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
