📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the department.

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.

Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.

Handle departmental budgets and ensure financial efficiency.

Manage departmental projects and ensure timely completion.

Represent the department in meetings and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using office software and project management tools.

Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
