📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and motivate the staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Ensure the café is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or coffee industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with coffee brewing and preparation methods.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
