Sentosa Medical is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a warm and efficient reception experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries accurately and efficiently.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a well-organized environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits and inquiries.,Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the reception area.,Handle and resolve any reception-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly reception area.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and office software.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.,Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
