The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and leading a team of baristas, ensuring the smooth operation of our café, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of baristas, ensuring high-quality coffee preparation and customer service.,Oversee the daily operations of the café, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.,Train and develop new baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized café environment.,Participate in inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.,Monitor and report on café performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista or café manager.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
