📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Lead training and development initiatives for branch staff.,Manage branch budget and ensure financial targets are met.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the insurance industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of insurance products and services.,Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
