📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel, to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement menus, ensuring they meet the needs and preferences of our patients and visitors.,Maintain food safety and quality standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
