PT Dwi Kusuma is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and sales.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
