📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
  • Document and report test results accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new quality control processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and quality control procedures.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
