📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company's sales targets.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant business documents to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development or a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
