PT Akasia Antar is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of banquet events, including setting up and decorating the venue.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure all event details are met and exceeded.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Assist in the clean-up and break-down of banquet areas after events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning procedures.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
