ORBIT Group is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Counter to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining a clean and organized sales counter, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and answer product inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter at all times.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.,Assist with inventory management and restocking products.,Promote products and services to customers.,Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.,Assist with any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
