📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or auditing.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
